St. Philip's Annual Vestry Meeting
This "annual general meeting" is your opportunity to participate in and renew the life and ministry of our Christian community. Reports will be given and received, parish officers will be elected and appointed, the finances of the congregation will be presented, and enriching and edifying conversations between the leadership and parishioners will strengthen our life of mission and service.
All are welcome to attend but voting is limited to those who are accustomed worshippers of the parish (that is, those with frequent attendance, those who give material commitment of time, talents or financial resources, or those who have received the ministrations of the parish because of illness or other incapacity. Please note that Canon Law stipulates that an individual shall not have their name on the parish list of more than one parish of the Diocese at the same time.
The 2024 Annual Report to Vestry (for the 2025 meeting) has been distributed via the parish email list. If you have specific questions, please consider sending them ahead of time so authors of the reports can prepare responses and help our meeting run smoothly. Questions may be sent to Rev.
