1. Community Events & The Arts

Seeking to steward our buildings well, St. Philip's rents space to a number of community groups and to the Arts.

Rental Requests are reviwed once a week so please make requests well in advance. 


Rental spaces:

  • Gymnasium: our largest rental space, can be used for activities or set up for events.
  • Fireside Room: a comfortable room with gas fireplace. Ideal for larger meetings, presentations and small receptions.
  • Kitchen: accessible from/by both the Fireside Room and the gym. 
  • Garden Room: smaller meeting room with windows overlooking the memorial garden.
  • The Church: excellent acoustics. Available for concert rentals

Insurance is required for all user groups and can be purchased through the Church.
Set up service may be offered at an additional fee dependig on time of event.
