Salal + Cedar Community Walk and Picnic

Join the Salal + Cedar community for a walk in Pacific Spirit Regional Park led by our caretaker Francis, a Salal + Cedar board member.  Walks take place on the third Saturday of each month.

Meet at 16th and Discovery at 10:15 a.m. (to start walking at 10:30 a.m.) We aim to walk for an hour and a half, starting and ending in the same spot.    

Salal + Cedar walks take place in all weather conditions. All ages are welcome.

The trails in Pacific Spirit Park are relatively flat. Folks are advised to wear sturdy walking or hiking shoes, or hiking boots as we may encounter muddy and slippery sections, large puddles, or recently fallen branches
