Congratulations to John Stephens, Archbishop
The parishioners and staff of St. Philip's extend warmest congratulations to John Stephens on his election as Metropolitan of the Ecclesiastical Province of British Columbia and Yukon. St. Philip's was blessed with the ministry of John Stephens as our Rector from 2001-2016.
John's title is now Archbishop and he is referred to as the Most Reverend John Stephens. In addition to his new role as Metropolitan, Archbishop John will continue as head of the Diocese of New Westminster.
