It is located at 3737 West 27th Avenue, Vancouver, BC. The BCA report describes the building components condition, providing current and future replacement costs of each component. The projected replacement cost estimates serve to be the basis for financial forecasting model which guide the board management in their financial planning. The BCA report is an extensive document prepared based on site observations, interviews and financial analyses.
