The Gospel According to Musical Theatre
The Jones Girls welcome the Very Reverend Peter Elliott, who will speak about The Gospel According to Musical Theatre. Peter is a life-long musical theatre enthusiast and co-host of the podcasat "The Gospel of Musical Theatre" with his friend, the Very Reverend Nathan LeRud, Dean of Trinity Cathedral in Portland, Oregon. Peter and Nathan have taught courses at the Vancouver School of Theology and the Sorrento Centre on the many and important links between musical theatre and theology. Lunch will be served at noon, with Peter's talk starting at 1:00 p.m. All are welcome for either or both!
